Description

Accesso Inspection Chambers from Turtle Enviro are assembled in their UK factory and delivered to the site as a complete, single-piece unit. They are quick and easy to install, as they need no construction or wet trades, offering significant onsite savings against precast concrete and other traditional construction methods. They are relatively lightweight, and no machinery or lifting equipment is required for much of the range.

Chamber bases can be used separately for shallow invert installations and at the base of a PCC Manhole, offering a preformed option to labour-intensive benching.

The Accesso range of 450mm Inspection Chambers from Turtle Enviro has several pipe connection options. This model has 160mm EN 1401 main-channel socket connections, with an additional four inlet socket connections. Two of the additional inlets are 160mm EN 1401 at 90 degrees to the main channel, and two are 110mm EN 1401 at 45 degrees. The side inlets come with blanking plugs fitted, which can be removed if the inlets are needed.

This Single Piece Adoptable Inspection Chamber, which has an injection moulded chamber base, features a stepped base which meets both the Design and Construction Guidance (DCG) requirements for Adoptable Sewers and Sewers for Adoption (SfA7).

Please note:

  • There are three chamber diameters available in the Accesso range - 450mm, 600mm and 1050mm, and each diameter has five standard depths available from 1 metre to 3 metres, with deeper chambers available on request.
  • A range of Accesso pipework adaptors are also available to suit alternative connections.
  • The depth of this product refers to the distance between the top and bottom of the unit. The invert, meanwhile, refers to the distance between the top of the unit and the bottom of the inside of the connecting inlet pipework.
