Description

A solid and dependable all-in-one option, this Channel Unit is a main component of ACO's MonoDrain single-piece drainage system. With a depth of 185mm, it combines grates and channels into a single, safe, secure and effective unit to eliminate the chances of gratings dislodging under traffic weight or loosening over time.

This all-in-one channel and grate unit comes in a natural colour, providing a discreet, unobtrusive option that blends seamlessly with your applications. It is easy to install, fit and maintain, crafted from Vienite® - ACO's proprietary, tried and tested material. Equipped with high chemical resistance and build quality, the unit is rated for D400 loads. The MonoDrain base includes external faces that work to bed into the concrete below soundly and securely, offering a protective 8mm Heelguard that limits the ingress of debris and danger to pedestrians.

Please note:

  • This unit is 1000mm long and 150mm wide and features no connectors or access. For maintenance and access, you will require a shallow depth access unit installed at every 5m of channel drainage.
  • ACO MonoDrain is unsuitable for public roads, highways and motorways. For this, we recommend ACO RoadDrain.
