Each decking board is manufactured from 3kg of recycled plastics and 8.6kg of recycled wood fibres, helping to protect our environment by reducing the need for timber and avoiding the use of landfills. This composition of materials ensures the Allur Double-Sided Composite Decking Board is resistant to moisture, mildew, and warping, a common issue with traditional timber decking, without the need for chemical-based treatments such as staining or painting. The low-maintenance boards are also protected against insect infestation, which can cause damage to traditional decking over time.

Please note:

Decking boards may experience a level of weathering caused by UV rays, resulting in a slight lightening of the colour 3 to 6 months after installation.
You may also notice a slight colour difference between Allur decking boards and accessories. Note that once the weathering process has taken place, this colour lightening and difference will diminish.
For best results, you should always use stainless steel screws with anti-rust and corrosion features when installing composite decking.
