Description

Designed to incorporate your gutters as a combined eaves drainage system, this Black Gloss SF1 profile fascia board with one bend is compatible with Alumasc's aluminium rainwater system and provides superior roof edge detailing. With welded and mitred edges creating a smooth finish, this fascia board measures 300 to 400mm by 3000mm and fully encloses the gutter.

Using a factory-applied process, this fascia board has a BBA (British Board of Agrément) approved polyester powder coating. It is manufactured from durable, non-toxic and non-corrosive aluminium and is suitable for combining with a soffit plank for differing eaves overhangs or projecting directly from the elevation. This fascia can be joined with internal brackets without stepped joints and is ideal for new build roofs when completing perimeter designs.

With a life expectancy of 40 years for rural and suburban areas and up to 25 years for industrial and marine areas, this fascia is ideal for applications such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, residential and public sector buildings. Requiring minimal maintenance once installed, this aluminium product performs excellently when assessed from cradle to grave for effects on water quality and water/ground contamination.
