After functioning for the drainage needs of your building for its life cycle, this back boss branch is sustainable so it can be fully recycled with no downcycling necessary. When appropriately installed as part of your cast iron system, it can surpass a 100-year lifespan with minimal maintenance requirements. Made to BS416 part 2 standards, it is included pre-painted in a special black gloss coating, so it is ready to fit, offering further time savings on site.
As part of a contemporary cast iron system, this back boss branch replicates the aesthetic of a caulked lead jointed system, delivering the heritage appearance of traditional LCC soil systems. Ideally suited for use on listed properties and conservation projects, it is suitable for a wide array of applications such as traditional heritage projects, quality domestic properties and luxury housing, restoration and new build contracts and government and community buildings.
The Traditional Express push-fit sockets are fitted with rubber sealing gaskets to attach 100mm socketless pipes and fittings together. The push-fit process provides substantial savings in labour for each joint. With no specialist training required, complete installation instructions can be supplied.
