Manufactured from cast iron to BS416 part 2 standard, this double spigot soil pipe from Hargreaves Foundry's Traditional Express range is supplied pre-painted in a specifically developed black gloss layer so it's ready for fit, saving you from additional installation time on site.

Especially suited for soil and waste solutions, this soil pipe is highly resilient against distortion and has excellent sound-deadening qualities. When appropriately installed with your Traditional Express system, it can last over one hundred years with minimal maintenance needs. Furthermore, cast iron is a sustainable material so it is completely recyclable after serving the requirements of your building for its life cycle and does not have to be 'downcycled'.

As part of a modern cast iron system, this soil pipe can imitate the aesthetic of a caulked lead jointed system, delivering the heritage look of a traditional LCC soil system. This makes it perfectly suited for listed properties and conservation projects as well as new build and restoration contracts, community and government buildings, traditional heritage projects, and luxury housing and quality domestic properties.

Traditional Express uses push fit sockets equipped with EPDM rubber sealing gaskets to connect 50mm socketless pipes and fittings. This push fit process helps you to save in labour expenses for each connection. Full installation instructions can be provided with no specialist training required.
