Perfectly suited for soil and waste solutions, this soil pipe socket is manufactured from cast iron which has outstanding distortion resistance and sound-deadening characteristics. Part of a contemporary cast iron push-fit soil system, it has been developed for long-lasting performance. When accurately fitted, it can last over one hundred years with minimal maintenance requirements.
Made to BS416 part 2 standard, this socket is pre-coated in a specially designed black gloss finish so it's ready to install, saving you even more time on site. Imitating the appearance of a caulked lead jointed system, it can offer the heritage look of traditional LCC soil systems, making it suitable for conservation projects and listed properties. It can also be utilised for restoration and new build contracts, traditional heritage projects, quality domestic properties and luxury housing and government and community buildings.
What's more, cast iron is sustainable so this socket can be fully recycled after providing for the drainage needs of your building for its lifetime and it doesn't have to be 'downcycled'.
