Find out moreThis Harmer SML Cast Iron Underground Drain Pipe is part of a sturdy and flexible dry-jointed pipework system that is easy to install and suited to various applications. It is lightweight yet durable, making it resistant to accidental external damage and vandalism, and eco-friendly with a recyclable cast iron structure.
With a choice of ductile or stainless steel couplings, the complete soil and waste pipework system covers installation from pipework connection to stack to underground sewer connection. It is compatible with rainwater installations alongside Harmer Roof Outlets with pipes in lengths of 3m and diameters ranging from 50mm to 400mm. You can construct your system using the twin screw couplings. Socketless fixing between pipe and fittings is easy but secure without special installation equipment.
The pipes and fittings from this system are crafted from grey iron to DIN 1691 (exceeds BS 1452 Grade 150 ISO 185 Grade 15), while the couplings feature stainless steel and ductile cast iron constructions. The pipes are coated with a primer (minimum thickness of 40 µm) on their exteriors and an epoxy coating (minimum thickness of 120 µm) on their interiors. Fittings, however, are coated both externally and internally with an epoxy coating (minimum thickness 60 µm). These epoxy coatings mean that pipes and fittings will only require minimal maintenance during their service life.
High in tensile strength and non-combustible to prevent the need for fire protection collars, Harmer SML stands as a cutting-edge cast iron technology, with BBA certification, full compliance with BS EN 877, Kitemark certification, and CE Mark conformity.
Question:
What's the overall diameter of the pipe

It has a 110mm O/D.
