This EasyFlash® flashing is universal and lightweight and can be used for the sealing of abutments between roof tiles and walls and for connections on a pitched roof either for penetrations through the roof or other areas. It's available in 5000mm lengths and has varying widths to suit different size requirements.
This EasyFlash® can be worked and installed to professional standards with basic tools including scissors, pencil and ruler. This flashing is manufactured from a highly flexible material, up to 60%, thanks to its creped aluminium structure. This aluminium exterior ensures that it is effortlessly mouldable to the contours of your roof and is especially effective at the corners, fitting tightly and permanently.
The self-fusing qualities of the material remove the need for glueing and soldering while the sealed edge helps to provide great protection against dust, snow and rain penetration. With a butyl underside, it is incredibly durable and unaffected by any wind uplift. Suitable applications include chimneys, rising parts of structures such as firewalls, dormers and other abutments in the roof area, refurbishment or new build projects and all abutments at walls. This EasyFlash® is adaptable to all profiled and plain roofing materials.
