Designed to help drainage systems fit around bends, this Gravity Adoptable 87-degree Double Socket Bend by Funke HS® is a perfect solution to help you create a system that can fit comfortably around a curve and ensure a continuously flowing system.

Part of the Gravity range by Funke HS®, this bend is a manufactured uPVC alternative to traditional pipe materials. It is a strong and durable solution but with the bonus of lightweight material for easy transportation and handling on-site. It also makes it more cost-effective as you needn't worry about needing excessive machinery or plant equipment to drag it around.

This HS® pipe is a reassuring quality approved for adoptable use by all the main water companies in the UK (Anglian Water, Wessex Water, Southern Water, Severn Trent etc.). It is also suitable for adoption by councils for inspection chambers. Regardless of placement, the identifying dark brown colour can suit the surroundings and has been designed with heavy-duty solid-wall plastic. The pipe has also been expertly pressure-tested to 2.5 bar, so you can install it in high water-table locations if desired.

An additional feature of the system is the audible 'click' sound. A signal that can help you know when you have a secure connection between sections.
