Description

Showcasing a stainless steel clamp with a plain drain cap and a 200mm x 200mm tile frame, this vertical shower drain from Harmer is fabricated from LM6 aluminium alloy with a polyester powder coating for heightened protection which ensures it is robust and strong yet lightweight. The LM6 aluminium alloy is highly corrosion-resistant and can endure marine environments and general atmospheric conditions.

Made from 100% recycled aluminium, this shower drain's body can be recycled once again after completing its life cycle. The body is compatible with 56mm PVC, cast iron and HDPE pipes and can also push fit into 110mm ring seal pipe sockets. Its visually pleasing cap is ideal for tiled flooring and is simple to remove for replacement, cleaning and providing access to the removable 50mm foul air trap below.

Specifically designed to comply with the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for loading, design and flow performance, this Harmer shower drain can endure up to 300kg of vertical loading while coordinating efficiency with an attractive appearance. Providing a flow rate of up to 1.3 litres per second, it is suitable for application in concrete and timber floors, including suspended floors where shallow invert pipes are necessary.
