You can easily clean the cap when removed, which simultaneously allows for replacement and access to the 50mm foul air trap.
The drain itself is manufactured from LM6 aluminium alloy for strength and durability with a polyester powder coating that enhances resilience. Vertical Harmer shower drain bodies suit 56mm cast iron, HDPE and PVC pipes, and easily connect with 110mm ring seal pipe sockets due to the easy push-fit assembly.
Harmer aluminium shower drains have flow rates of up to 1.3 litres a second and are ideal for timber and concrete floor applications, as well as suspended floors when you need shallow invert pipes. The selection of caps and grates come in nickel bronze, stainless steel, and aluminium for tiled and sheet flooring.
Harmer aluminium drains are fully recyclable after use and tolerate up to 300kg of vertical loading. The LM6 aluminium alloy structure is incredibly corrosion resistant as it is utilised for drain bodies in marine and general atmospheric conditions.
