Description

With a stainless steel clamp and star grate drain cap, this Harmer horizontal shower drain is manufactured from LM6 aluminium alloy with a polyester powder coating for increased protection. This ensures that it is lightweight yet strong and durable while offering a flow rate of up to 0.8 litres per second.

Completed with the aesthetically pleasing cap, which is ideal for sheet flooring, this Harmer shower drain is suitable for timber and concrete floor applications. The drain cap can effortlessly be removed for cleaning, replacement or giving access to the removable 50mm foul air trap below. The horizontal body has an integral fall in the sump for eliminating silt collection and is compatible with 56mm cast iron, HDPE and PVC pipes.

Enduring up to 300kg of vertical loading, this shower drain has been specially developed to meet the requirements of British and European standard BS EN 1253 for design, loading and flow performance. Delivering an efficient and attractive shower drain, its body is made from 100% recycled aluminium which can be recycled once again after finishing its life cycle. With high corrosion resistance, the LM6 aluminium alloy can withstand marine conditions and general atmospheric settings.
