Available in a range of diameters to fit your Magestic gutter system, this gutter union is manufactured from galvanised steel with a strengthening magnesium zinc alloy coating which provides the greatest surface protection for coated steel surfaces. Providing superior galvanisation with magnesium with a stable barrier against corrosion problems, this gutter union has protective properties to preserve the porous structure of zinc. Demonstrating more than twenty times the corrosion resistance of standard zinc galvanised steel without magnesium when salt spray tested, this gutter union has improved edge protection with the galvanised coating which has self-healing properties that migrate to repair red rust on scratches and cuts.
This gutter union ages superbly, settling into an attractive dark grey metallic appearance after 3-5 years from installation. With over three times the corrosion resistance of standard galvanised steel in marine environments, this gutter union has the greatest resistance when enduring aggressive environments. This gutter join is suitable for a variety of buildings including small or large, contemporary or classic buildings.
