The wall panels of this Shire overlap tool store are dip coated FSC Certified timber of high quality, and the panels have a base coat preservative that can be top coated once installed. As for the roof and floor, they are solid sheet OSB boards.

Please note:

To keep precise and accurate, reference the metric sizes because the imperial measurements are rounded. It is wise to allow for the roof overhang and for access around the outside as you build or start treatment. A link for choosing a delivery day is sent once the order has been placed and on the morning of delivery, you will receive your information for live tracking. It is important that you have a flat and level base of the appropriate size before you build. Movement with the building weight can occur with grass, soil and gravel so they are not suitable options.
Base note:
All bases must be flat, level and square to ensure stability, regardless if it is a concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. Any unwanted strain on the panel and twisting or long-term damage can be avoided this way. Level buildings fit panels squarely together without gaps for a perfectly shut door.
Timber note:
High-quality timber is valuable. While a lot of garden buildings have pine structures, Shire buildings are constructed from high-quality spruce under stringent FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. This allows better finishes and a more robust structure. The slow grown timber includes a tighter grain and less sap. There are also fewer knots and not as much warping. Minor splits or 'shakes' may appear, but performance is not hindered.
