Description

This ductile iron gully grate is a D400 weight class grate designed with longevity in mind. Designed for Group 3 carriageway environments and suitable for locations with up to 1740cm² waterway area, you can rely on this grate to last for years. Especially thanks to the strong and highly durable ductile iron used in its manufacturing and the three-point suspension on the cover for non-rock stability.

This grate comes with three flanges to ensure straightforward placement against kerb edges. The enlarged frame also ensures the load dissipates across the grate. To make access easier, the grate is also manufactured with hinges to make access easier for cleaning or other actions. These captive hinges also reduce the risk of theft, which further supports the longevity of the product. An additional benefit of these hinges is they're reversible, which means you can correctly configure the grate as needed to suit traffic flow. This is made especially easy with the mechanical lifting points for swift removal and replacement.
