Description

The water discharged from the One2Clean Plus packaged treatment plant must meet the relevant British Standard which is BS EN 12566 for small sewage treatment plants and BS 6297:2007 for drainage fields.

Graf One2Clean Plus Sewage Treatment Plant Process

Untreated waste enters the One2Clean tank via the inlet on the side.
Wastewater then falls directly into the biological zone where the treatment takes place, allowing micro-organisms to start the breakdown process.
Compressed air is used initially for aeration through the diffuser, intermittent to achieve the best treatment performance.
Aeration is then stopped allowing the activated waste to sink to the bottom.
Compressed air is sent through the One2Clean tank once again, extracting the cleaned water near the surface.
This water passes through a sampling point before leaving the plant, where samples can be taken to confirm the quality of effluent.
The above process occurs twice per day, each lasting 12 hours.
The sludge which builds up at the bottom of the tank must also be emptied in line with the manufacturer’s instructions
Numerous companiescan dispose of the waste, these must be a registered waste carrier

Can the power be switched off when the residence is unoccupied?

You can, however it is not recommended on a regular basis. When empty or turned off, the bacteria will die off and will need to be restarted once turned back on.

You would need a Single phase - 220-240v.
